会议由桂林理工大学继续教育学院院长曹文献主持，会上桂林理工大学继续教育学院副院长沈云发对各教学点提出了要求，并着力推动网络教学模式，严抓教学质量；桂林理工大学副校长、博士生导师梁福沛教授鼓励各教学点再接再励，创新管理模式，加强内涵建设，希望今年各教学点更上一层楼；桂林理工大学继续教育学院副院长叶涌分析了当今成人教育招生形势及各地市的市场，鼓励各教学点今年再创佳绩。
会后，桂林理工大学成教院对办学先进单位颁发了奖牌，志飞翔教育因工作出色 ，又荣获了桂林理工大学成人高等教育“2017年度招生先进单位”。
